Couple’s Solid Choice for Fun

Location was excellent, really close to the Universal Studios parks! I enjoyed a suite that had everything I needed, including a small bathtub to unwind after a long day. Customer service here was top notch and they moved quickly when I needed extra towels.

Great location near attractions, but the elevator was out during my stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the outdoor pool with views. Breakfast had a good variety. Its location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. 😊

The room rates feel steep for what you get!!! Shower water pressure leaves much to be desired!!! The pool area could definitely use some more seating and shade options!!!

Very clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the peaceful environment by the private pond with turtles. Convenient shuttle service to theme parks was a huge plus!

Great spot for visiting Universal! The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a cozy king studio suite with a sofa bed. Loved the easy access to nearby supermarkets and fast food joints.

We hit up thrilling rides at Universal Studios and explored a unique zoo-style park in Tampa. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to visit amazing attractions and enjoy themed restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and a hot breakfast helped kick off our busy days right.

One thing that was a letdown was the breakfast. It could definitely use more variety and healthier options. Additionally, a toilet issue disrupted our stay a bit, but overall it didn’t ruin our fun.
